Exit the station following signs for the Lyric Theatre.  As you exit the station look straight ahead and you will see a ‘Prêt a manger’ sandwich shop and a Natwest Bank on the right hand side of the street, look up and you will see a sign ‘KINGS MALL’.  Head for the Kings Mall and turn right into the pedestrian area just before Natwest bank.  You will see the entrance for Lyric Square business centre on your left hand side just past the Cafe Brera.
